1. Where do you ship from? Rosada Fashion Co. items ship from the USA and also from our  International warehouse. 

2. Do you ship International? How much is shipping?
Yes, we do ship anywhere and Shipping is FREE to most countries. However, there are a few locations which we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be in one of those locations, we will contact you and refund your order entirely.
Shipping is ALWAYS FREE for damaged items or factory error shipment, regardless of location. Email us with any questions.

 

3. How do you ship packages?                                                                  Products from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the package. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through DHL, UPS and USPS.

3. I haven't received my item or wrong item arrived.

4. How long does shipping take?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries may take 1 week to 2 weeks. Some items do qualify for expedited shipping at an extra service fee. However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services and local couriers, shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1-2 months. 5. My tracking code does not work?
Tracking codes typically take 5-7 to become available. If your code is still not available after roughly 7 days, then please email us at RosadaFashionCo@gmail.com and we will manually check the status on your item(s)

6. I have received only part of my order?
It's always possible that our warehouse is awaiting material for order completion, so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, you can always check your account and follow the tracking status of the remaining items or please email us at Rosadafashionco@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to check it for you.

7. What about possible custom fees? 
Our Custom fees are extremely rare and as of currently, we have not experienced any messages about any of our customers facing custom fees. However, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the item(s) have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may additionally accrue custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens but it is possible).
