Shipping on all of our orders is free! ❤️ We aim to get your order on the road within 24 hours from when you order. Usually your order will take 15-20 days to reach you. We'll make sure you stay updated every step of the way by emailing you a tracking number.

1. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM/I GOT THE WRONG ITEM?
Don't stress. Drop us a line at info@rosadafashion.com, or send us a message on the live chat and we will be sure to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes, we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is always FREE.
 
3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from a variety of factories and retailers. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in CAD though!
 
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email info@rosadafashion.com for specific shipping times.

 

5. MY TRACKING CODE ISN'T WORKING?
Tracking codes typically take up to a week to become available. If your code is still not available after roughly 7 days, then feel free to email us at info@rosadafashion.com and we will manually check the status on your item(s)

6. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from a variety of factories and retailers using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

7. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We Custom fees are very rare and as of currently, we have not experienced any messages about any of our customers facing custom fees. However, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the item(s) have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
