Please note the following when returning an item: Steps To initiate a return:
1. Email us at: Rosadafashionco@gmail.com
2.Type "RETURN" in the subject box and a brief description on why you are returning your item. One of our team members will respond back, acknowledging receipt.
NOTE: **For all factory damaged items, type "FACTORY DAMAGED RETURN" in the subject box. (Free shipping for Factory Damaged Items)
SHIPPING NOTE: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All returned Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Items returned used or missing tags will forfeit the Refund altogether.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return.
Rosada Fashion Co. is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Sale items (if applicable)
All items may be returned and refunded for store credit except "Last Chance Items" these are non refundable and do not qualify for a REFUND CODE ID.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace all items at full cost (Including Shipping) if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, follow the instructions above, tax may be subtracted on the exchange.

To return a product, you must follow the instructions provided in the email response from our team members, after you have contacted us to initiate your return.
